I also provide catering for yoga and wellbeing retreats, ensuring that guests are nourished with mindful, plant-based cuisine, infused with Ayurvedic principles.

The Mindful Kitchen menus and recipes are based on natural, plant-based ingredients. Plant foods offer a whole new culinary experience, one that is full of colour, flavour, nutrition, and excites all the senses! A world that largely thrives on plants is a healthier and happier place.
Ayurvedic.
Ayurveda is an ancient medical science that provides timeless principles for nutrition and health, guiding us to live full, vibrant lives in harmony with nature. Ayurveda recognises that cooking food from scratch is one the greatest things we can do for our health - a concept at the heart of The Mindful Kitchen.
Seasonal.
Did you know that foods that are in season have a higher nutritional value? Nature knows best! Eating seasonally is more sustainable and helps us build a deeper connection with our beautiful planet. By aligning our diet & lifestyle with the seasons and responding to seasonal energies, we can always bring ourselves back to balance.
