Hi, I’m Bex, a Plant-based Chef and qualified Ayurveda Diet & Lifestyle Consultant dedicated to helping you to find a gentler way of being through mindful eating and Ayurvedic wisdom.

I fell in love with plant-based cooking during my studies with the School of Natural Medicine, where I delved deep into the world of nutrition. For the past 8 years, I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen with colourful plant-based recipes that sustain, excite, and nourish. My journey with Ayurveda has since enriched my approach, offering a holistic perspective on nutrition and wellbeing rooted in the principles of nature.

I believe what we eat forms the foundation of our health, and by nurturing a mindful relationship with food, we invite more vibrancy, compassion and connection into our lives. There begins the ripple effect of change and transformation.

At The Mindful Kitchen, I offer retreats, workshops, trainings, retreat catering, health consultations, and seasonal cleanses. My mission is to empower your relationship with food, nature & self, and to inspire you to get cooking with plants!

Over the years, I have catered for 70+ yoga and wellbeing retreats, as well as cooking for private clients including renowned musicians Will.i.am and the Black Eyed Peas. My food focuses on building wellbeing in a gentle and sustainable way, and it is my greatest joy to share this journey with others.
